If the app drops compared to that price or below BargainBin will offer you a push notification on your own iPad. You can then elect to buy or not. I have used this app for a time and found so that it is very useful if it worked. However, it had been very slow from time to time and even crashed often. You might have better luck than me.
There are some other apps available for your iPad that serve exactly the same purpose as BargainBin, but I have not found the one which worked as well (when it works).
